These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ShareMe and its group travel, planning, photo sharing, maps and expense features.

1. Using ShareMe

By creating an account or using ShareMe, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Shared groups

Information you choose to share in a ShareMe group may be visible to the other members of that group.

You are responsible for deciding what information you are comfortable sharing with other members.

4. Photos, videos and content

You retain ownership of photos, videos, comments and other content you upload to ShareMe.

By uploading content, you give ShareMe permission to host, process and display it as necessary to provide the ShareMe service and show it to the group in which you chose to share it.

You must have the right to share any content that you upload.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use ShareMe to:

• Share illegal, abusive or harmful content.
• Harass, threaten or impersonate another person.
• Infringe another person's rights.
• Gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Damage, disrupt or misuse ShareMe.

6. Shared expenses

ShareMe's expense feature is an organisational tool. Users remain responsible for checking amounts, currencies, payments and settlements with other group members.

7. Maps and recommendations

ShareMe may display information from third-party services, including places, maps, images and recommendations.

Details such as opening hours, prices and availability may change, and ShareMe cannot guarantee that all third-party information will always be complete or current.

8. Privacy

Your use of ShareMe is also subject to the ShareMe Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability

We work to keep ShareMe reliable and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

10. Account deletion and suspension

You may request deletion of your account through available ShareMe account settings.

We may restrict or suspend an account where these Terms are violated or action is necessary to protect ShareMe or its users.

11. Responsibility

ShareMe provides tools for travel planning and sharing. Decisions relating to travel, bookings, expenses, activities and interactions between group members remain the users' responsibility.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as ShareMe develops. The latest revision date will be displayed on this page.
